My cousin’s recent trip to Vietnam sparked a new creative challenge for me. Inspired by her experiences, I decided to experiment with a different drawing style to capture her adventures. While she gets to travel far more often than I do, this felt like the perfect opportunity to try something new and explore my creativity in a fresh way.
Susannah Anak Rogo Sitai Liew, my cousin, is not just a mother and artist but also an enthusiastic cultural explorer. So, it was no surprise when she stumbled upon a hidden gem in Vietnam called May Kitchenware & Coffee Shop. This spot is a dream for anyone who loves ceramics, enjoys browsing kitchen utensils, and wants to sip coffee in a space with an industrial interior design.
The shop is spacious, filled with greenery, and has a warm, cozy vibe despite its industrial aesthetic. On hotter days, you can retreat to the upstairs air-conditioned area, which offers plenty of picturesque corners perfect for relaxing or snapping photos.
